“My husband has banked with CB for over seven years, and I have banked with them for four years now. I have been impressed with their efficiency and great customer service since day 1. We originally each had our own personal accounts and then decided to combine once engaged. They made the process seamless and easy. We then opened our business account with them, and they have done wonderfully with that as well. We recently had some fraud on our account, 3 days before we left for our honeymoon. I frantically walked in to the branch in west Kendall and was welcomed on a Saturday none the less by friendly faces eager to help me. “although a little crowded right before closing for the day, it was a pleasant experience and very professional. as my personal banking choice, it's the place to have an account of any type if you want security. very strict, very thorough, online banking and bill pay have some stipulations in place that are more than the usual security. as a matter of fact, it is very difficult to have a another institution deposit money without difficulty if you have to go through a PLAID verification. PNC and plaid do not communicate it cost me $1,000 loan even though I was approved, PNC would not allow the deposit. five stars for everything else”
