So now I just get tires at Walmart and come to Meineke for everything else, but the dude at Meineke is great. Since I've been in the area it's the only place I will ever take my car for any serious repairs. If you want things done right bring your car here. I have never had to go back for the same thing twice. He will let you know what it needs and show you and take the time to explain it if you want him to. He will also work with you if you're on a budget by either procuring parts at a more reasonable price or even rebuilding certain things rather than just automatically replacing it. He always works quickly and he will do just about anything he can to help you out. He always seems to go above and beyond in my opinion, probably one of the best mechanics you'll find anywhere.”

“The level of professionalism always prevails every time I walk in. Everyone is very organized and prompt. I want to especially recognize Azah. Her customer service was excellent. She single handedly helped each customer and wasn't hesitant about going out of her way to make sure everyone's needs we're met. Further more, I had a question that regarded a managers approval and the manager wouldn't be in for another hour or so. Azah wrote down my information, spoke with the manager, had the problem fixed and personally called me back to inform me that it had been corrected and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. That ladies and gentleman is customer service. I make a 30 minute trip just to go to the bank and I always leave satisfied. I’m a small business owner during the pandemic, and tried to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program through my own bank, thorough a secondary bank, and even banks I didn’t have an account with, in hopes to land funds to sustain our business through these times. None, I repeat none even came close to the preparedness, professionalism, simplicity of process, communication level, or understanding of the programs as Lewis & Clark Bank. My gratitude for Patrick and his professionalism in our time of need is beyond words. Always responsive, a direct email and phone number to talk to a person, proved to be the golden ticket, while other banks online portals left other businesses applications unfulfilled until it was too late. I could continue. 6 stars for them.”

“On Sunday morning I went to this atm and took 550 dollars from my payrol card and deposited the cash into my pnc checking account using the cash deposit slot on the atm. I have done this at least 10 times and never had a problem. so i get the screen to the spot where it asks what you have to deposit cash or check so i press cash and then you are given a chance to make sure your cash is organised with no staples or rubber bands and once you have done that you press another button and the cash slot opens up and you stick your cash in it. since i just got the money from the same atm it was in good shape no tape or staples i stuck my money in. usually it counts it twice and tells you how much it counted and if the two numbers are the same you press continue and it finishes the deposit. however this time it counts it once and then stops for a minute and the whole atm shuts down and a screen comes on saying that its out of service. so i guess the cash counter jambed. so no cash and no deposit. i call the bank and filed a report and everything i needed to do to get my money. now its two days and no money. i have things coming in the account that wont clear now. They should have fixed this 1st thing monday not a week later. it was a cash deposit so this is why they are getting 1 star. Im sure that i will get it sometime but really anything more then 1 day to me is unacceptable!!! my advice is dont use the cash deposit feature on the atm for any amount greater then what you can live without for 10 day. I should have deposited 200 at a time. wish me luck. An update. PNC has put my money back it took a few days but its all good now. I am going to up my review from one star to 4. They would have gotten 5 stars if they put my money back in one day. Thanks PNC.”
