I have not come across any teller who does not know my name and hasn't been genuinely interested in how I am doing. I notice as others walk in or come to the drive-through, staff call them by their name and inquire on how they are doing as well. They have been prompt with any questions or services I have needed. I also notice they are helpful in reminding me on things I need to follow up on. I rarely have to wait more than a minute to be helped. I only wish they had more branches to bank with.”
