Carl was patient and really in depth about my contacts. The entire experience was fun (weird because it’s a doctors appointment) and relaxing. 100% recommend!”

The request required the staff to deviate slightly from protocol, but rather than throw their hands up and say no, a staff member (can't remember her name but blond woman) stood up and said she'd try and help. She went to the manager, they took the time to do some extra security checks to protect my father but still take care of his banking needs. As well, they advised me on some issues that will help my dad. The kindness the staff showed in several ways was very commendable and if I lived in town I would have shifted my money to them.
