Later, I asked if he could check on one of our showers that wasn’t working properly. Again, he worked around my schedule and with his keen investigation and troubleshooting, he identified my house was not entirely re-piped with cooper as advertised before buying the home. He sent a friendly and professional team to my house and spent the entire day re-piping the remainder of the house and went the extra mile to ensure we installed top shelf valves and handles. I was eventually able to close a checking and savings account after my brothers passing but am still struggling with closing a home equity line of credit.
