Offers a ton of fitness knowledge and makes totally Achievable accommodations for more difficult exercises in the beginning. For instance my wrist gives me some pain and he works out a routine that very minimally affects it. I originally signed up for 24 session and have since continued to his group sessions because I recognize the value in his service. Each session brings me closer to where I’ve set my goals. If your looking for someone to help you reach your goals I highly recommend Jason.”
