Update 09/04/2019: they're becoming a little more like the big banks by introducing more fees like a paper statements fee and inactivity fees. I did not like lengthy questions answering online associated with opening account. I sent most of the documentations to her by email and gave other information through phone. With appointment , all of the info was keyed into the system. Short time in the branch I had my business account with Univest with online access set up by her .
