The woman that opened my account twelve years ago is still there and is always eager to help me. That should tell you something about their staff and the way they treat them. Millennium has never changed its name either like all my other banks do every few years. They don't have thirty locations with Robots answering the phones. They have one location with people that answer the phones.”
