“Best Banking Service Ever. I have been with Chase for a long time. I asked my former banker (at Chase) if there was any way that I could save money on my monthly service fee. $.17.50. His response was an immediate "No." I stopped by this branch on my way to Costco. Immediately, I was greeted warmly by Hector and Sofie I requested help with one transaction. Not only did they provide excellent service they looked at my monthly checking fee and stated, I think we can bring that charge down for you. They did. Amazing. I didn't even ask. Guess What; I switched branches immediately. This bank is small, and it provides personal service. Excellent Service seems to be a lost art in today's world. Not at this branch. Thank you.”

As for customer service, the employees are the same friendly faces I've been used to for years from Wells Fargo. So I give them 5 stars just like I did Wells Fargo.”
