“I used to love their late hours, when they used to be open as late as 11 pm, but they are still open decent hours until 5 pm most days , Fridays til 7 pm, and Saturday til 1 pm. They have helpful tellers and bankers, and they still count your change and exchange it for paper money at no charge if you have an account there, or I believe a 5% charge if you don't. Overall, a very friendly place to keep your money, and a satisfying banking experience.”

“I’ve had a car loan through this bank for the past 4.5 years. Every time I call here I get nothing but nice people that are a pleasure to deal with and they speak English. If I didn’t live 40 miles from here I’d definitely ditch my bank for checking and come here. It seems like nowadays place lack customer service skills, but the phone operators at this brand definitely have them.
