“The car purchased was a fail at first as it had problems. Come to find out my battery light came on the day after a problem was fixed. They said the oil change was new but it wasn’t. 3 new tires but one wasn’t I’m assuming as they were unable to take it off as not even a mechanic was they had to use a gun to take it off. A power steering wire was damaged without advising, didn’t advise of new brakes or rotors were going to be needed, ABS sensor was damaged. I fixed them all due to I don’t want to constantly fight with them because overall the staff is great, they’re nice but just those problems encountered is what I did not like & the pricing I don’t think was a great price for the miles and yeara and problems it had. But at the time I needed a car was going to test it out normally I’m the type to complain but at this point I’m like whatever cause karma comes one way or another if someone does someone else dirty. But again the staff is great and very responsive. I wish they had an online payment system without fees though instead of always driving there. But again great sales teams as well as theyre personalities.”
