And do you have an appointment??? Then he said we are really backed up right now and wont be able to get you in for 5-7 days! So I explained to him that I did call and I was told to bring the truck in over the phone. Also when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help , I saw people sitting at desks and totally ignoring me until a woman finally said can I help you and she directed me where to park and how to get to the service dept. Hopfully the staff gets more training on how to treat customers.”

“I hate buying used cars away from a dealership because of the dishonesty, pressure and flipping of auction cars. You get totally lied to about the condition along with just about everything, but when you only have so much to spend - you take your chances, do your homework, have it inspected, etc. I had been looking for a year for a little SUV (Honda/Subaru), certain years and a one owner with decent mileage. I found the most immaculate one owner Subaru at Prime Time Auto Group for a price much lower than most I had seen at this condition. Could it be true? Well, it was. The salesmen (Jason) was the most laid back salesmen I've EVER dealt with. Came out with the key and just handed over the car for me to take to my mechanic for an hour+ away. The owner (Jimmy) was highly personable to the point of thinking they would be fun to hang with. They did some extra research on when timing belt was change because that was not in the listing. I also questioned the review I saw where the lady posted her text messages (notice the entire conversation was not shown). He gave me the details of the exchange that made me think, I wouldn't want to do business with that type of person either - which made me feel more comfortable that he will not do anything to sell a car. My experience was exceptional, fast and easy. I would recommend them highly over craigslist and other dealers at this level of sells.”

She answered all my questions and worked with me over the phone kindly. Even helped me find a bank that would not require proof of income to finance, just checked my credit score and got the down payment money. Overall great experience trustworthy Dealership and staff. Only thing i did not like is that the car was priced online and when i got to the dealership the car went up $1,200 difference from the price online.Also over the phone I was told it came with 100K mile warranty and when i got the dealership that 100k mile warranty was $3,890 separate from the cars price so over all the car went up $5,000 from the price online. I still purchased the car because like I said the bank did not require proof of income.Other than that Great dealership to shop I highly recommend it.🤩😊”
