He found the exact vehicle for my daughter that she was asking for, The dealership has prepared the vehicle, cleaned up make sure the vehicle is running OK and everything. In addition, to the above, we live a little farther away. I was trying to ask a friend to drive me to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Jay graciously said, don’t worry I’ll send the vehicle to your home . That was a shocker for me. So he arranged a truck which brought the vehicle to my home the next day for a big surprise to my daughter. I have never heard of such a complete service. Highly recommend Kings Auto.”

“i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.”
