“We were the first scheduled pickup of the day (19 Sept 2022). There was a slight delay, during which we looked at a couple of campers in the showroom. Once things got organized, we got a good tour of our 2022 SD. Camper functions were clearly explained. While we were getting the tour, another Casita worker set up our Andersen hitch. The closing process on the sale went well. Harald did a good job explaining the warranty and especially the aftermarket shenanigans that could void it. We had a pretty good idea of how things would go from watching various videos on YouTube, including the ones on the Casita channel. We'd also highly recommend the maintenance and how-to videos on the Casita RV Life channel, Travels and Travails, and RV Adventures. These videos answered most of the questions we may have had, so we were quite confident during the process and on the way home. During our first month we made four short trips and got a pretty good feel for the camper. We are very well pleased with it and have found nothing to complain about. We are towing with a 2018 JLU, with a 3500 pound tow capacity. Despite the naysayers, this works well. Watch your weights and speed, don't get stupid, and use the Andersen. “I was taken back by the level of service provided to me by the Bozard Lincoln Team. I went in looking for an Aviator (March)- My first touch point was with Ashley S. Who showed me several Aviators on the lot. None of them had exactly what I wanted. Ashley asked me several questions then offered me the option to custome order my Aviator (basically build my own car). We sat down in a private room and she pulled up the Aviator on the big screen and showed me all the options available to me. She did explain that there is a 12-16 week waiting period (while it’s in production) but at this point I was sold. I was able to get everything I wanted and more! It was a simple process. Here we are 13 weeks later and my keys are being handed to me. I walked in the dealership to find my name printed on a board in a private room, my Aviator was detailed & sitting in the showroom awaiting me. Connor (Lincoln Ambassador) was awaiting me to review all the features of my vehicle as well as set up my phone connection, door codes, seats, etc. Once we were complete there he handed me off to Terrence who reviewed my documents, warranty, GAP, and maintenance. At the end of my visit I was handed a small gift bag along with my keys. I happily drove off in my new Aviator. “I found foreign tech by mistake when I was looking for a mechanic. My 2013 X5 was in rough condition after visiting and being taken advantage of by 2 different BMW dealerships which cost me over $4000.00, and they told me I needed to do 10 grand with of work to get my car running right. I was totally beside myself and was starting to feel like I made a mistake buying my vehicle. While searching on Google I came across an add for foreign tech and placed a call to Antonello who owns the business and he was so pleasant and sympathetic to my issues and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and it’s issues. We spoke for about 35 minutes and he went over everything with me and explained to me and gave me an estimate based on what BMW had said and it was 65% less than the dealer. Well I brought my car there last week and he had the car from Tuesday to Saturday and he went over it with a fine tooth comb let me tell you I am so ecstatic that I met Antonello and his father also who owns the body shop where the mechanic shop is they are both wonderful wonderful people And I’m really happy in this day and age that I was able to find an honest mechanic Antonella was great if you have a BMW Mercedes Audi Porsche take it to Foreign Tech to be fixed. you will not find a more honest and reliable business to take care of anything and everything your vehicle needs. I drove an hour and a half to get there. If you want to save your vehicle and get it fixed the first time and save money too. It’s a win win situation. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ANTONELLO AN HIS FATHER FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE. my X5 is running better now than the day I got it. One other important note: they actually care about all their customers and show it too.
