I had reached out on a Friday to ask about a car they had on the lot, she emailed and called me quickly, we text back and forth a little, did all the negotiations via email over the course of that afternoon l, and I drove in Saturday morning to buy the car. He kept me updated every step of the way when he heard of new information, all the way up to the day that he called to tell me that it had arrived on the lot. He even offered to gather some of the needed financing information from me over the phone so that I would have less time to wait when I came in to finish all the paperwork after I was done working that day.
