I initially spoke with Jay, about his car and my car(s) until GUY (The owner) came back with the parts for my car. Not only did I get to see the job being done, I seen the new parts for my car arrive. Normally a job like that would be super pricey, but GUY gave me a sweet deal. Many dealers only care about the money but he cares about the CUSTOMER and the quality of his parts.
