“I recently bought a vehicle here the service was excellent UNTIL I had a problem with the vehicle and tried to use the WARRANTY!! They don’t honor it and definitely won’t cover anything. I paid $2400 for this warranty and every time I went up there it was an excuse on why they didn’t use it, or why they didn’t honor it. Definitely scam vibes.. do not purchase an extended warranty here. Then told me to bring the vehicle back the day after signing and they will correct the electrical problem yeah for $690.00 so what’s the extended warranty for? Very unhappy customer do your research 🧐. If you were a good company you would have swallowed the cost I paid cash and I purchased 2 year warranty but nope 👎🏽 the warranty is whack. Wish I had gone somewhere else ☹️. **Part 2** Since the review, I am happy to say that XDrive reached out and is fixing the junction box as I am typing my recant for this review. See I am a Stage 2 breast cancer patient and wanted to do something nice for my son who graduated a week ago, and after having 3 surgeries since December 8, 2022 I wanted some normalcy in his life because what kid wants his mom go through what I did? So I thought buying him a car would make him happy and I am so happy that the part came in and they are fixing the problem with the vehicle.
