“Brandon and Tim have been super helpful in the whole process. Made it seamless and flawless. Car was valued correctly and a good deal on cargurus. Good communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership and these guys. Update: So the experience has somewhat soured. First 30 day temp tag expired so they sent me a 30 day extension. They explained there was a mess up and it was resolved and i should be getting the license in the near future. Fast forward to today March 15 and still no license plate and currently driving on an expired temp tag extension, which expired March 8. They are now refusing to answer my calls or return them for that matter. Will update review again when we come to a resolution. So everything has been resolved! Hooray. There was some miscommunication during the process, but after some information about what was happening was given to me I was relieved. Turns out there was a missed signature somewhere along the way and the title came shortly after. I’m now able to get the car registered and a license plate so no more temp tags. Hopefully I’ll learn to be more patient in the future when something like this arises.”

He inspected the car thoroughly and was able to go over it with me in detail and educated me on what I needed to get done. He was very friendly and accommodating, more than usual. Many times these high end dealers can be "nose in the air". Certainly not the case here, this dealer is extremely friendly and I certainly will be back! I do not even live in Vegas, but I decided to have my servicing done there before I had it leave to my home in Florida.
