“I purchased a vehicle from Daren at The Motor Mall over 2 months ago, so I've had some time to drive the vehicle, and have all the paperwork delivered and processed. I can't recommend the transaction and experience enough. I feel I got a quality car for a fair price and I was well-treated throughout. I found the car online, so flew to Detroit to test drive it and then drive it back. Obviously, I was putting some trust into the process by flying out there in the first place, so I was really hoping everything was on the up-and-up. I was not disappointed! Daren arrived early top facilitate my schedule, handed me the keys and told me to "take my time" on the test drive. I looked everything over with zero pressure, the transactions was quick and easy, and Daren even asked to know when I made it home safely. The title and registration arrived as promised in a timely manner. The whole thing could not have gone any smoother or easier, and I have the quality car I've been looking for with no issues. It probably sounds like I'm getting paid for this review, ha! I am still so impressed with the service/experience, I felt it was the right thing to do to leave a good review.”

Very straightforward which was different than we experienced at the other dealerships on this strip. My husband is a certified mechanic and, while we didn’t share that with the dealership, they were truthful and addressed everything we asked. They ran a diagnostic and reported exactly what my husband was expecting. They repaired the minor issue before we finalized the purchase. We appreciate how straightforward the cash transaction was. Not a fancy place. Miguel seems to wear many hats. Recommendations: Don’t expect Sewell service/atmosphere and know the reliability of the models you’re considering. There were several really good deals here and it was hard to choose. Have already made two referrals to Miguel.”

Other reviews here have said bad things, called the place a junkyard, etc. The very low priced cars may have some problems, that's why the prices are low. The employees didn't try to hide any of that from me, were honest. And of the much lower priced cars I looked at, most were not so bad, just a few fixable items. But I kept looking, and they found me a perfectly nice, really a fantastic car, especially great considering what a bargain it was. I'm glad I came here.”

When I was car shopping in these crazy times I was getting really frustrated as nothing seemed to be In stock and most dealers are charging absurd mark ups. Given their position most salesmen don’t even seem to try to negotiate these days and instead of trying to make the sale they often say someone else will buy it. After speaking to nick on the phone I knew that I was going to buy. He was straight forward with me from the start and mentioned their dealership did not mark up their vehicle. After keys Hyundai was asking 10k above MSRP I was so relieved to hear that and I quickly made an appointment to check out the vehicle. Eager to buy I left work early and quickly went through the buying process and 2 hours later I was in the seat of my new car! Thanks to Nick and Danny you two are absolute all stars!
