He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit. Also, the ladies that work in the office were very polite as well. Hard working women. If you are looking for a good vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Legend Motors of Waterford. 😎”

I was allowed to take it to my mechanic 30 minutes away before purchasing and they did find a couple very little things and I mean LITTLE that is normal for a car of its age but nothing was hidden or attempted to disguise any problems like I have experienced in the past and why I would never buy a used car again without an inspection first. “My search for a used Honda Fit with a manual transmission and low mileage took me to this car dealership all the way on the other side of the state from where I live. There are few things I hate more than buying cars because people always try to con you and do the hard sell. Additionally as a woman I will say that more than once I have experienced chauvinistic, condescending behavior from car salespeople, which is pretty appalling. When I spoke with Bob on the phone, he understood I was coming from Western Mass. and he said he would put the keys aside for me and if someone else wanted to look at the car he would explain I had first dibs and was on my way. When I arrived he handed me the keys and said go check it out and if you like it bring it around to the front and I'll put plates on it and you can test drive it. The hands off approach was so refreshing and lovely. The car was great and he handled the rest of it with me from across the state with clear communication and responsiveness. When I returned to pick up the car, everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Bob and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and did not play any games. The car is in great shape and everyone there was so professional and straightforward. I would glady drive two and a half hours again next time I need a car.”
