“From the high to the low reviews it seems to be the nature of this business. We for one appreciate what both Que and John did for us. While driving back from vacation we had car trouble and were in the midst of the long wait for roadside service - from AAA - when Que turned into where we were stranded just to get gas and I mistook him for the AAA driver. He offered to see if he could help and he got us started, followed us up I-75 into the south side of Atlanta and got us safely to the hotel we had to book. Did not charge us a dime. His brother John ordered the part we needed on a Sunday night, and came to our hotel to install it before 8 am the next morning. It took a while to install, but he’s doing it in a hotel parking lot and having to run to the parts store for things. I have no way of knowing what it would’ve cost it we’d gotten it home and been able to do it other than in a crisis situation, but it was almost certainly less than what a dealer would have charged (and they likely wouldn’t have gotten it done same day with no appointment) , it avoided a tow charge, and allowed us to stay safely at our hotel instead of Ubering or renting a car. And the AAA sent driver actually never showed - called after we’d made it 15 miles up the interstate and had checked into the hotel to see if we still needed help. So we are thankful Que and John were able to help us.”

“Recently bought my new truck from them Tom was great straight forward and honest. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try and hide anything. I was very happy with my experience and very happy with the truck. Highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle. UPDATE: if I could give JTs 10 stars I would. So iv had this truck for almost a month and last weekend the water pump went out. I was pretty disappointed and called a tow truck and got a hold of a shop to get it fix. Then I remember Tom told me to let him know if I had any problems with it. So I got a hold of him and told him what happened and that I called a tow truck and that it’s heading to the shop. He told me to cancel the tow truck and he would take a look at it. Long story short he drove to my house and took the truck with him and fixed it for me saving me hundreds of dollars on a tow bill and shop fees. I can’t speak more highly of Tom and how great of a guy he is and how well he takes care of his customers. I’m a customer for life now. He knows how to conduct business and how to treat people. “It was a painless car buying experience from beginning to end. I called and spoke to Matt who immediately made sure the truck I was looking for was there. He even went to physically check so I knew I wouldn’t have any issues. Once he confirmed it was there I filled out the credit application online and Matt immediately got it run for financing. Once approved he had a salesperson call. Igor was equally great. He told me all I needed to bring and once I arrived I was in and out in less than a half hour. I drove over a half hour to get there but it was plenty worth it. They were both so friendly and very helpful. I plan to keep this truck for years but if I’m ever in the market or anyone I know is I’ll definitely recommend Matick Chevy.”
