“Tried to book online for a service appointment but apparently it does not currently communicate with service, so I recommend calling to set up an appointment. Secondly, scheduling over the phone is best if you have something more involved than a basic oil change, or equivalent, due to certain techs being scheduled for certain days. MOST IMPORTANTLY - ANDY was an EXCELLENT tech - very personable, great at explaining to those not familiar with terminology, goes the extra mile to check things that most wouldn't and, coincidentally, found something vital that had been an issue for almost 2 years, unnoticed by multiple other locations. The man at the service desk was also very helpful, kind, and understanding of minor frustrations. He was patient and attentive. Nearly all employees that passed me made an effort to acknowledge my presence and offer kind words. All were wearing masks and social distancing was encouraged. Service was very quick!”
