“Found a car I was interested in buying at South Austin Nissan. Trevor Martin helped me get it off the lot for a drive. The next day Trevor helped navigate moving forward by handing off to an employee in finance and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. He was friendly and personable. I have no complaints about any part Trevor played in what can be a stressful situation for people (the prospect of a big purchase and commitment). There's nothing more he could have done for me, and there's nothing he did that he shouldn't have. He did a fine job.”

“It's supposed to be four and half stars. Overall the process was quick an painless. I have searched for well over a year to find a car within my budget, but never was able to until I came here. They are off the beaten path, so finding them requires an assist from google. I ended up purchasing a 1999 Honda Accord, which I enjoy greatly. The biggest hiccups in an otherwise efficient process was that it was initially missing the rear view mirror and the battery, despite be jumped, was dead. They quickly put on the rearview and supposedly checked the battery. I end up going to Walmart in Derby to pick up so stuff and the battery is dead, like refuses to jump, dead. I call back, I and I am not completely sure if was the owner or someone else, informs that maintenance is out. Now at this point I am irked, stuck at Walmart nearly 30 to 40 minutes from where I live with no way to get back. Now what they did at this point shows me their integrity. The man I spoke said if I buy a battery and bring the receipt back he will reimburse me. Instead of blaming fault on anyone else, they basically said our bad let's take care of it. All I had to do was buy a battery, simple. Well not quite, due to Covid-19 Walmart was unable to install the battery. Switching gears, I call the roadside assistance my insurance provides. Both are no dice when comes to installing a battery, then comes a savior in the form of a buddy who happens to live on McConnell. He lends me his time and helps replace the battery. 2 and some odd hours later in a hot car, everything is in order. It turns on and since then it has been smooth.”

“Jeff took in my car after the entire front end was destroyed in a crash. He made it really easy to work with insurance on getting everything situated for the pieces needed for repair and he me back up and running pretty much day after all the parts came in. He was able to install all the parts, paint the new bumper pieces, and even hire a detailer to give me my car back good as new! He took care of all my concerns and even helped me in resealing my headlights when they started taking in condensation. Jeff has shown me he is pretty much a one stop shop for almost all my automotive needs. Recommend fully!”

“Jonathan saved my dad.... My disabled Dad had to emergency come to Virginia due to a family emergency and while here Covid 19 hit. He could not return home to SE North Carolina. His tags expired and his insurance would not renew since he was out of state. We were stuck and tried everything. So I went to get my Dads title out and realized it was missing. I contacted the DMV and they said it got returned to them from when he registered and they were closed and we would have to wait. I contacted Jonathan as I seen his name on some paperwork from previous owner. The nicest man I swear and we never would have expected in a million years what this man did for us. He never met us we have never even been a customer of his or his dealership. He went to his DMV and got the title and mailed it to us at no charge. What car dealer does this, what person does this. After having some issues with my buddies van and being outside of the warranty Bob took care of it and got it covered, when he could have easily said “Sorry, you’re outside of your warranty”. This type of service is what keeps a small business thriving and deserves a 5 star review. It’s the little things from a genuine company that mean the most. Even with bad credit this team managed to get us into the vehicle we wanted. John’s boss was very helpful and went above and beyond to work with what we had. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, even the Finance Manager worked quick and was very polite and efficient. We walked out of there with keys to our new car after only a few hours and the young man who detailed our new car was very helpful and works hard. “Great place to find a good car, on the inexpensive side. Like any reputable dealer, they allow you to take the car you're interested in to a mechanic you trust for a buyer's inspection. I would strongly recommend that just because there is no in-house mechanic shop on the lot. The car I bought was clean and issue-free, and looked almost new, if a bit high on mileage. But that's why it was so inexpensive, and well worth it.”
