He is always gracious in answering my questions, even when I need a second (and third!) clarification and he is just a pleasure to deal with. And it’s not just Justin; I have dealt with Celeste and others there and the experience has been the same. They have cool vehicles, know their stuff, and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: late in September I bought a new 4X4 Sprinter from EM...black with big wheels and tires, roof fan and side windows; just love it. They had it there as promised and were a pleasure to deal with. But...the after the sale interactions have been even better. I am back in Boise today where I had them install an auxiliary heater, which was done in a timely manner with the van immaculate when they handed it back. Justin picked up the van from my hotel, brought it back with a full tank, added DEF fluid and encouraged me to speak with their build team about how best to go about my build plans.
