“I have only kudos and high praise for Prostar Motorcars. Not only were they extremely professional, but they impressed me with their technical expertise, craftsmanship and kindly service. My insurance company sent me to Prostar Motorcars to get a damage estimate as part of the insurance claim process. A piece of debris struck my car while highway driving leaving a two-foot scratches across my hood. James Kumpf, the Prostar Motorcars estimator, quickly assessed the scratch and announced, “I think I can save you three hundred dollars” – the deductible on my insurance claim. James then applied a buffing compound and within three minutes, the scratch was totally gone. James then took the time to walk me through the process of “chip painting” an old grocery cart scratch on the driver’s door. He gave me a phone number to a dealership that gave me a discount for the paint. On a second appointment James showed me how to apply the chip paint along with a few pointers so that I could apply the second coat myself. For all of this help, James would not accept any gratuity for his “above and beyond” assistance. My experience with Prostar Motorcars was extremely positive; I received outstanding customer service. In my opinion Prostar Motorcars epitomizes integrity, high character and quality workmanship.”

There were some serious white paint marks and scratches. My car is grey. The lower part of the quarter panel was popped out at a seam. I went to Chaney's to get a repair estimate. Since my deductible was high, they offered to pop the panel back in place and clean it up. The white paint is gone. The panel is in place. No dents, just black scratches (the black plastic showing through). It's something I can live with and I saved $1000. Chaney's did not charge me one cent. The next time I have a need for body work, I'll be back at Chaney's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great Integrity!!!”

“I bought a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander here last year. I have waited to review, because sometimes it can take time to tell if you were sold a bad car. I love this car and it has been very reliable. I got it really cheap ($4,500) with around 115,000 miles on it. I travel out of town often (6 hour round trips a few times per month) and drive it every day. I have had to take it to the garage only 1 time for a minor issue of regular wear and tear that could not have been predicted by this dealer. It was around 300$ fix. For such a cheap car, it has been amazing. My boyfriend is now looking and I am encouraging him to buy here because of my pleasant experience. The people are very nice as well.”

So,after a week and counting and $700+ and counting on a rental vehicle still no car and they sure wanted the payment when they claimed it was fixed..My trade in sold the day it hit the lot, imagine that!
