My son told us about Oak City Motors and to speak with Tim that he heard a lot of great stuff about this place and the cars he sold. “Service (wheel alignment) was performed well as far as I can tell, and took a reasonable amount of time to complete. But, I had expected to be able to use my accrued Reward Points to pay for the service, and they couldn't even log in to the Reward Points system (they said), so I had to pay for the service in full. What good are Reward Points if you can't use them? Since I first posted this review, the Service Manager has contacted me and was able to use my reward points and then refund my credit card payment. So I can now give them 5 stars.”
