Further, they really have a first class team that does business with integrity and transparency in pricing and communication. On the sales side this dealership is highly competitive. We find they are consistently better in pricing over other Lexus dealers in NJ NY CT PA DE MD and they will deliver the vehicle anywhere. On the service side they are super honest! We had an experience where service techs at a different dealership (Toyota) stated we need new brakes. Instead we waited to visit Ray Catena for a second opinion and they were honest in informing us we do not in fact need new brakes because the brakes are in good condition. This kind of "Golden Rule" honesty is what we appreciate.”
