After doing everything they could to make the car work and offering a list of options, they ended up towing us all the way back to DC from Luray (on their day off). Sabrina was also a great help in assisting me to get some warranty work and a rebate that was due to me. I'm never disappointed with the quality of work from Keller Brothers and they always do their best to keep you informed while you are there or by phone. I always have my guard up and did when I entered Keller Bros. Ford but it did not last for long. Brad was our salesperson, and his knowledge and personable nature made us at ease. Tim was our F&I person and he was funny and not pushy.
