“***UPDATE*** The owner reached out to us and has made everything right - they fixed the AC line, ordered new wheel hubs, and gave us some direction on getting the door panel fixed. Exactly the type of service anyone could hope for from a small town business - personalized and genuine. I would gladly recommend this dealer to anyone and would buy from Carson Motors again in the future. BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a car from this lot with only 67k miles on it exactly 30 days ago. Today the serpentine belt shredded and took out the air conditioning line. Also, there is a wheel hub going out, and the trim had started to separate from the door. I called today to see what they would do, and was somewhat rudely told that since we didn't buy the $1200+ limited warranty, they will not do anything. While very nice during the purchase process, their good will ended there, and they became too embodiment of "used car salesman".”

We were still skeptical, tired, and a bit salty from the whole car shopping ordeal after being traumatized from an extremely bad experience with Lakeland Toyota. (Feel free to read my review of them on Google for the whole story.) Chris, our sales representative was amazing! He was patient, used none of the classic sales manipulation strategies we were well prepared to encounter, and instead of selling us the SUV that HE wanted, he sold us the one that he knew WE wanted, even managing to get our payments into an affordable budget plan WITH a wonderful warranty. We ended buying a beautiful 2018 JEEP Compass, leather seats and all the top of the line features with 25k miles and we love it! I feel safer knowing my kids have a well built vehicle to ride in and I feel great knowing we were able to support a family owned business that treats their customers like family as well. We have a later model Toyota Sienna that we formerly had serviced at Lakeland Toyota, but after our bad experience there, Regal will be the only place we go to for maintenance, repairs and vehicle purchases when we're ready to trade that in also. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I definitely recommend going to Regal, unless you have a preference for spending an entire Saturday purchasing a car you had to settle for only to have it break down 1.7 miles later after it was supposedly inspected. In which case, go to Lakeland Toyota or better yet, donate that money to charity instead.”

“I bought a used Corolla here in March of 2019. The car was in excellent condition and Jay sold it to me at a very fair price. I appreciate being able to deal with someone like Jay. He was up front about any issues with the car, which were mostly cosmetic and unimportant. However, he did note a couple tires were older and gave me the choice of having him replace them or taking some money off the asking price. Pre-purchase, I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic, who noted the car was "mint". When I went to get the car inspected post-purchase (per Mass requirements), the mechanic asked how I found a used car in such good condition.”
