“I really appreciate the amazing customer service I get while getting my car serviced at Winter Honda. There has never been a time when I've gone in for any auto service and they have not been highly professional, informative, & gone the extra mile "if you will". Today was no different. Only reason they didn't earn five stars is because, for some reason, they said they couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't connecting to my car's bluetooth system. It's one of the main reasons I purchased the car I did, and from them, and suddenly it's no longer working. They "implied" that it was probably an "update" that the car needed, but they just didn't know when Honda might come out with it. Frustrated am I? Yes! But my car still looks gorgeous and runs beautifully, but my favorite part of the car isn't working and they don't know when it will, again. Ugh!????????”

“Purchased a vehicle at CCPAA. Straight forward vehicle sale - low prices, no negotiating. They let you drive the vehicle without them which is a bit nicer; however, on the flip side they have very little info or details on the vehicles and the features. This is where the cost savings comes in. Website is basic, but gets the job done. No frills car buying. 4/5 stars for super limited business hours (9 or 10am to 5pm!!) To the dealership: you'd likely get a lot more customers with expanded hours til 6pm if not 8pm, especially on weekends. Sales guy - Cameron was good!”

“I have now purchased three vehicles from Battlefield Chevrolet! Two new and one used. As always sales rep Denis and finance manager Carol was a HUGE help! They were very patient, knowledgeable, and worked with me to help meet my needs for my vehicles and my financing needs!! I will continue to use and recommend this dealership! My friend actually bought a truck from Denis about a week after my last purchase!! The only "complaint" I have is that the male finance guy is RUDE. I went in on a day that Carol and Denis were off to test drive a vehicle that I was looking at. First the man wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle. Then he told me I'd have more luck buying a winning lottery ticket than getting into a new vehicle! (I had a lot of negative equity.) Then he goes to say "make sure you remember me when you hit big". The guy was a real A**!! But overall my experience with Carol and Denis were GREAT!!! My household will only do business with those two!!”
