We checked in after waiting in line for about 5 minutes and had our names called that the vehicle was ready within 10 minutes. Mitch was fabulous as he gave us our choice of 3 full size SUV models. Mitch took his time walking me around the vehicle. The SUV was very clean and well kept. Check out process was even smoother once we arrived to return the vehicle. Very well done customer service! “Great place to purchase car. Nurlan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is modern w comfortable waiting areas for finance. Even a play room for my daughter. Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000.
