“Customer Service can be considered an oxymoron in most businesses. Not here. Charlie and his team went above and beyond in accommodating my last minute request and in communicating. I originally called (a few weeks ago) wanting to rent something with a manual transmission. Charlie explained they could not help. He did refer me to someone else. That did not work out and I was resigned to drive my own vehicle for a solo trip to MI. At last minute, my vehicle was unavailable leaving me with no way to go. I called Charlie at 3pm on Friday, with a need for a car early next morning. He and his crew delivered a 911 Cabriolet to my house by 10:15p the same evening. I will rent again and would highly recommend them to friends and clients.”

“This was my first time renting a car. I was called a bit before the reserved time to confirm the reservation. When I arrived, the car was warmed up for me (19 degrees out, brrr ⛄). Customer service was top rate. Becka made pleasant (and funny) conversation, making the pickup fun rather than a chore. The car was in great condition and clean. The entire rental was $22. They saved me a vacation day (I had a flat tire and needed to get to work). Highly recommended and will use their services again if the need arises.”

“AMSTAR is an EXCEPTIONALLY well-run operation! We were so very pleased and appreciative of how my father was treated . He is wheelchair-bound, his room is on the 2nd floor and is heavier (around 235). AMSTAR sent ample staff, equipment and vehicles so they were prepared for whatever it took to get him to his appointment ON TIME, and on time he was! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine on the phone to book a rental but at the time they didn't have anything available, she called other locations in order to find something then called me as soon as she was able to reserve a vehicle.
