I’m not sure who I spoke with originally the day I made this review but that person was arrogant, and had an attitude and not a good reflection of the other employees . Today I was greeted with friendly, fast , extremely helpful people and couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Again Hertz. Terrible service, awful customer interactions. Lack of vehicles , lack of care. Don’t waste you’re time or money with this place. Zero answers for questions. No wonder they have 3.5 stars and ghetto looking dump location.”

“Emailed with a recall notice. Called and appt. setup for two days later (a Saturday) with additional work of a warranty tire replacement, check the codes for other problems, oil change. Got shuttle service home (only a mile away) Kept me informed of the progress both by email and phone: alignment was out and got that done, too. Nice waiting area which I had used the last time I waited for the service I like the covered area for dropping off the car in bad weather.”
