“First Ike here. Called John to see if they service diesel trucks. Apparently not many smog check places do. Fortunately he does. Great first impression while calling in. Added bonus he offered me a discount. I came in at 4:55 and the young man at the counter greeted me with a smile, not like my past experience with other shoos(sorry we are closing and shooing me a away). The to boot the waiting area far above the rest, very welcoming to all ages and relaxing. A little history, a little stress relief with the aquarium abs then for your entertainment movie playing if your in the mood. While siting in the waiting area, not minutes later, my truck was pulled to the back to be tested. What service, mind you they already other clients waiting. So far I’m so happy I found this shop and I wouldn’t have minded paying full price.”

“I called R&K to pull my rv out of the mud. I got it stuck at the edge of my property, next to a field, weather changed fast, and I made a bad call. These guys were out here within the hour. Very respectful, kept me in the loop with what we were doing, and we had it out in minutes. (They have a big truck). The reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Is bc I asked them to pull me to the edge of the yard and leave me there, (thinking I can make the last 5' to the road in the rv when time comes) but they waited around while I sat my leveling blocks out and tried to drive up onto them. Thank god they waited. Turns out that wasn't gona work either. So they hooked me back up and pulled me to the street. Thank you very much for not driving off, even after the job was done. But waiting the extra 15 min for me to get myself stuck again. I appreciate it. And I've learned a lot about the limits of my rv in the process. Highly recommend!”
