“During a very stressful Texas winter storm, Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit concluded a trying situation with a Smile. An unforeseen incident occurred involving my daughter’s vehicle. It’s was approximately three weeks before one of her milestone birthdays. Upon delivering the vehicle to Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit, I expressed my desire for a game plan to retrieve a repaired vehicle by this particular date. Mr. Richard provided excellent customer service from drop-off to pick up. Our first point of contact explained what needed to be done and the scheduled days for the specific action to occur. As a good business representative, Mr. Richard would not guarantee the vehicle would be ready when I so eagerly wanted it to be. Still, he was very empathetic and stated he would make sure the team would do their best to accommodate my request. Mr. Richard expressed top customer relations by continuously providing updates with the vehicle status, which helped with my stress level.
