“John is the go-to for auto glass! My car was hit with what John said was most likely a piece of metal. Glass had shattered in my vehicle; which was a pretty scary experience. I called at 7 am that morning and was told John would be there from 10 am-12 pm. I can't recall when he arrived but it felt like he was there immediately. He handled everything right there in the driveway. He was friendly, professional, efficient and so kind. He even took care of the glass that was shattered in the car. As soon as he got situated in the shop, he tended to us immediately. My tire value stem tore from something that damaged it while I was out muddin' at Cross Bar Offroading Site. Nick showed me the tear and allowed for me to see the process of him fixing my tire issue. “I had been overlooking this place for a while, but I must say, the team here does an exceptional job. They have been able to diagnose and resolve the issues my vehicle had been experiencing for about a year, making the entire process seamless and effortless. After my car had been idle for a couple of months, it started misfiring. I dropped it off here, and the technicians were able to diagnose and fix the issue. However, when I drove my car again, another error surfaced. I brought it back, and the technicians discovered that a separate issue had triggered the check engine light - just one of the quirks of owning a car that’s over 20 years old. They fixed that as well, and now my car is running smoothly. When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, I could tell he was goal-oriented and committed to fixing vehicles in a timely manner. If you’re looking for excellent mechanics nearby and are considering going to Midas, I would advise against it. Come here instead. The prices are reasonable, the staff is fantastic, and they will lift that burden off your shoulders. Following this experience, I’ve decided to make this my go-to place for car repairs. Taylor spoke with me on the phone, I sent pictures of my hot water heater only to discover from Taylor that it was a propane only heater with an aftermarket conversion to add an electric option.
