“Great place and kind people! Got my Kia Forte repaired after an accident. Sands had availability right away. When I came in I was greeted by Nick who was nice, knowledgeable and professional. The estimate was done right away and repairs began quickly. Took a week to get everything done, which to me is great timing. They even gave my car a wash too! Nice surprise! The process felt so easy and stress free. When I called the shop, someone picked up the phone right away and answered all of my questions- never had to leave a message or wait on hold. Auto Lab is now our go to shop for both of our cars. “These guys saved my life 3 times in less then a week. I wanted them to come in to align my lifted Excursion and had went to another alignment shop just 2 weeks before who charged me for an alignment they couldn't have done. These guys came to me, immediately they diagnosed a loose ball joint (safety hazard) a twisted Coil spring, and then they found my pitman arm wasn't even hand tight on the box and that's after 3 other shops looked at my rig and missed all of that. All of that stuff could have been fatal and cost me my life, yet these guys found it as part of a basic alignment. When I say they have a keen eye for safety I kid you not, his eye was so good that he saw with just a glance that my Axle was an eighth of an inch off from center. They came back out the following week just for a follow up to make sure I was happy with my alignment and we did some test drives. I've been depressed about how sloppy my steering has been for almost 2 years and nobody seemed to have an answer, yet these guys who don't even specialize in lifted truck suspension spotted everything include poor suspension angles, and they replaced bad bushings that were so bad it was scary. Price was extremely affordable for everything they found and they checked steering after each fix. If you want to be safe, and know your vehicle will be aligned right these are the guys.”
