“There is this old guy there who only works at night. He randomly is rude to customers telling them he has to go to the bathroom and hurry. Doesn't like giving you a bag when you have several items. Once I waited 5 mins while he was praying in the back of the store another time I got there in the pouring rain and he asked me what I wanted he was doing the trash, so I went across the street. There is a lot more that goes on with this man. I understand he is most likely family or a family friend, but he needs to go. edit: 2 months ago I gave a one star from the above review. Since then all new people, very friendly and great. Prices are even lower. So I change it to 5 star.”

In a world with ever diminishing customer service, Robin Joyner was a shining exception! Not only did he come out to my house the same morning of my call, he treated me with respect and understanding from the first moment of a frustrated call, to the satisfying conclusion of being up and running. I’m new to tractoring, and he was reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable! I have at times wondered if buying the tractor and so many attachments was the right move for me; but with support like this, I know it was the right decision.
