“Decann is awesome. I came up from LA to do work nearby in my LR3 and my alternator died on a Friday night. I spent the weekend replacing it multiple times and the battery. No charging. Drove me nuts. Monday morning I valley a ton of places, everyone busy for days even months. I found Decann, he said he was busy but would look at it. I drove there, told him what I had done, etc. He told me how much up front, I didn't care, needed to get home. Within 2 hours, figured it out, ran a new ground cable. Amazing, I would never have found what he did and I usually fix at least 95% of my problems, takes me a while before I go to a mechanic. He is methodical, the fact that he put me in front of others is awesome, he hooked me up. I would drive from LA for him to fix my car, no joke. Support independent mechanics! He is totally professional and blows away dealer service and literally half the rate of the dealer!”

“I highly recommend Vicente Gomez for any automotive repairs you need. He does great work at fair prices, and as far as what repairs are needed he will tell you what REALLY needs to be done, what you might consider having done (i.e., "optional" repairs for things that are worn out or close to wearing out but are not essential to having the vehicle operable), and what does not need to be done at all. I have taken my vehicle to him multiple times now and he has never let me down. One time I took the vehicle to a Midas location for an oil change and they insisted that I needed almost $1K of work done (both CV axles)... I was skeptical so I stopped by for Mr. Gomez to check it out and he quickly figured out they were just dirty and did not need to even be replaced!”

Having this store do close to home I know many people in our community puts use to this store so many of my friends go in and out several times a week ! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because 1) most workers have no clue what their talking about or selling 2) several employees on multiple occasions had me waiting til they were done with their personal calls or didn't talk to me during my transaction because they wouldn't get off the phone 3) they talk about really inappropriate things on the phone loudly so everyone in the store hears. Basically in general they should have some kind of education program so their workers know what their selling and they need classes on customer service”

“After going to Berts and getting a over priced estimate I remembered a buddy telling me about Parts411. I am sure glad I did, to get my KTM's carb cleaned, valves adjusted, and change the oil and filter it was $300 dollars cheaper than Berts. But more than the cost savings was the level of service I received, first the owner took me for a tour of his shop and introduced me to his mechanics as they talked me through everything I was going to have done to my bike. Then they called me with updates on how it was going and the issues they had found and repaired. My bike was done a day earlier than they estimated and the price didnt go up even though they fixed a few extras for me. My bike runs better now than it ever has and idles perfectly. If you are looking for a place that will perform top notch work for a fair price this is it. I cant wait to bring my Harley here to see if they can get my old Shovel Head to idle too!!!
