“I really liked my service tech Zach who came to my car and greeted me, he was real professional and helpful. He handled me with care and had respect for my time. This was my first visit to White Allen as I had just moved to Ohio from AZ a month ago and had been taking my car to a dealership in Gilbert AZ. The way Zach dealt with me gave me a really good impression of White Allen and made me feel that they value their customers. Zach gave me a lot of information about my options the next time I bring my car in for service. There were some issues with the Tech in my car that Zach fixed for me and walked me through how to fix it the next time should I have the problem again. I also want to mention Shane who I had a conversation with and who is also very nice and professional. When I return to White Allen I only want to deal with Zach or Shane.”

“We can't say enough good about this dealership. We are from Illinois and drove up here to buy our Hyundai Tucson. We emailed them to see if the car was available. They emailed us right away to let us know that is was. The communication from that point on was constant. We told them what we had to trade and the deal was all done through email. They gave us what we asked for. When we got to the dealership to pick up the Tucson we were treated very well. They had the Tucson ready for us. The whole transaction was wonderful, they were so nice. They didn't pull any fast ones on us nor did they push any extra warranties. They also didn't mark the car up. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive. We were in and out under an hour. The next day I had am email from the sales manager and the general manager to make sure the transaction was smooth and that we were treated well. They also told us if there was anything that we needed to let them know! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!! You won't be disappointed.”
