I needed fast work prior to taking my truck off road and out of state and they worked genuinely to make it happen. The work was done and done well. However, be cautious when given a time for 1. Drop off versus 2. When work on the vehicle will actually begin. TWO times I was provided with times that were off. “Thank you Jim for helping me with my Ford Cmax! My hybrid car had a big problem with the brakes. I couldn't drive my car feeling unsafe for myself and the others. I have brought the car previously to 2 other mechanics and they were not able to solve the problem, while they still invoice me. Ford dealership had a 45 day waiting list for the evaluation and a repair. Jim and his mechanic team were able to do all the needed repairs including the change of the Abs unit and reprogram it for a reasonable price considering it was a major issue. I can finally drive with a feeling of safety and I am happy I was able to find a mechanic that I can trust. The all team is nice, the repairs advisor communicates well, the billing is done with a detailed explanation what you pay for, the job comes with customer satisfaction and guarantee on the repairs. The team never pushed me on my experience with them, they have tried their best to find different solutions before to evaluate a complete change on the electric abs system unit. The lady in charge of the billing is nice. It seems to me that Jim has quite a bit of tools, mechanics, machines, software, experience and more to work on cars. “Got a flat tire on the way out of Palm Springs. Apparently its VERY common to get it with nails and debris on the highway. Called and spoke to Alliso she was WONDERFUL. They took us in. There was one person ahead of us. We sat in the air conditioned lobby and waited 30-40 minutes for our turn. Allison was the BEST customer service ever and answered all our questions and made us feel better on something that could have dampened our day. It took about 20 minutes to patch our tire. This place was great and highly recommend!”
