I got a hold of Sam here at Ram’s, to whom I explained my predicament. He agreed that the price she was being quoted was ludicrous and would work to help me out. He was understanding of how worried I was, being that this was my wife’s car after all. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate my car’s needs. Where the previous auto shop quoted me a seven day wait period minimum before even starting on it, Sam and his team got me my car back within 48 hours. His team quoted me half the price of what the other shop wanted. Moreover, he kept me updated on when my car would be available. The car ran like new. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, won’t oversell, and will treat you like family, this is it. I say this having to drive almost 45 mins out of my way to get here.”
