“Unfortunately I can’t say much positive things about Upland Tesla Service and this is why I am reviewing because I decided to come to Riverside Tesla Service. I’ve never been treated so well at a dealership. I dropped off my car that was out of warranty for some work and she asked me what kind of model would I like to drive while my Tesla is in the shop. I was shocked I was asked that without even asking which I wasn’t. Upland Tesla completely shut me down when I even asked if this was offered. Every single team member had a smile unlike Upland. Every team member treated me amazing. It made me love Tesla more. I live so far away from this service center but if I’m going to be treated like this here… I’ll just start coming here for everything and anything. They even charged my Tesla which Upland has never done that.
