“The sunroof was stuck and had a little air escape. On bumps the roof rattled and at freeway speed the noise getting inside was very loud. I was looking a someone to just close the roof to resolve the problem. I found Spiderglass online and contacted Raymond the owner, he responded to my text & online form. After the initial diagnosis he assured me that he could fix the issue. To my delight he fixed the motor and now the roof opens & closes. Raymond works with passion and did a great job. “Absolutely remarkably great service for a small $35 order. While I have used Ferr Parts in the past, it has been a while since my last order. My car is receiving its 30,000 mile engine out major service and my mechanic called to make me aware that my fuel tank cap was missing its rubber seal and asked if I had it. To my knowledge, it never had one as I purchased the car used. Fearing I would need to buy an entire expensive fuel tank cap, I went in search of just the seal and to my good fortune, I found an extremely affordable seal at Ferr Parts that is compatible with not just the fuel cap but the oil sump tank dipstick cap as well. While I was planning to order two of these, one a spare, on-line, I called Ferr Parts to double check, a nice young man confirmed they were in inventory and I returned to complete my on-line order. This is where it gets crazy. Within an hour of my order, I received a tracking number and notification that the parts were shipped. The parts showed up in my mailbox barely twelve hours later. All I can say is this is amazing service by any standard and I highly recommend Ferr Parts as a source for Ferrari parts as they treat all orders as "high priority" orders.”

“Came for emissions testing. I encountered 5 different staff members. They all spoke to me, and a few of them held conversations with me. I have never experienced mechanics being collectively friendly and welcoming. I was thinking to myself that PDQ must pay their employees well because everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their job. This is rare especially in these days and times. I've considered them in the past for an oil change but unfortunately they are priced out of what I care to pay for an oil change. This was my first time having them service my car at all, now I can kind of understand their higher pricing, it appears that they offer better customer service. This was definitely the most Pleasant admissions testing process I've had, simply because no one was smoking, everyone spoke to me, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Next year I will bring all four of our cars for admissions at this location. Not sure if this is their standard or if I happen to have great employees at my local PDQ.”
