“I can not express how thankful I am for John and his family. On my way to Florida, debris got caught in my fender and tore the wiring which completely shredded my passenger tire. On his day off, John answered, I told him about my situation and he didn’t hesitate to make sure that he was able to service me so that I could make it home safely. On the way to his shop, he stayed on the phone with me to make sure I made it there safely, he and his son put the tire on and John called me the next day to make sure I made it to Florida safely. John is truly a stand up guy and was a blessing to me when he didn’t have to be. And he also was able to find the factory tire for my car which is a plus ! “Nico was amazing! He was so quick and communicative it was mind blowing. Normally you drop off your car to get a diagnosis and you hope they call you back by the end of the day. In my case I needed my engine mounts replaced(not a small job) and my check engine light came on. He completed the mounts, got back to me about the engine problem(internal transmission issue), and had a plan/pricing to take care of it all within 4 hours. Specifically being a woman and not being ripped off with pricing or work that needs to be done…. The peace of mind I had driving home with a fixed vehicle and not an empty wallet WAS EVERYTHING.
