“BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car. “I had a major problem with my car in which I was told that my transmission was going out and it was better if I “just get rid of it because a CVT transmission on this car wouldn’t be worth fooling with. I was so heartbroken so I listened to everyone and made numerous calls including “cash for cars” who offered me $200. Now that was a slap in the face because I’ve already spent thousand of dollars on tires, hub assembly, brakes etc. I prayed about it and got my answer: Get it repaired “ in spite of what everyone said. Prior to my decision, I had received a recommendation from a transmission place that James @ Engine and Transmission Depot was just the person to go to. Long story short, I visited the shop and found Mr. James to be a man of valor. He is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He is the owner and treats you like “family”.
