I also asked for a tune-up, which ashamedly had not been performed in its entirety since purchase of the vehicle. They looked over everything, changed out some parts, but did not just charge to charge. They advised me that there was no need to replace some parts because they were still in good condition. I appreciate their ethics. These folks were friendly and thorough. Thank you to the mechanics and front desk staff! Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“Above and way beyond! After 15 years one of my large windows began to fog up. Per the lifetime gaurantee I called Milgard and was sent a repair date after sending pictures and size of the window. At 7 a.m. "Dave" rang my doorbell and explained his parter was minutes out. He examined the window to be repaired and then said, "I noticed one of your front windows is askew, not seated correctly. With your permission I'd like to examine it" When he tried opening the window it was clear something wasn't right inside the workings of the window frame. He took the window out, removed a part that was clearly broken and announced he'd be repairing this first before going on the original call. Ten minutes later he had repaired the window and he and his partner, Julian, quickly removed the fogged window and made the replacement! I don't think they were here an hour total! The definition of "Professional" came today!”
