“l had a scheduled oil change done and it went very well. I had asked them if they would rotate the tires on my truck, front to back...*IF* the back tires had better tread than the front. I explained I had front wheel drive, and therefore wanted the tires with the best tread, up front. They came and told me the tires with the best tread were already on the front so the tires were left in place. Only problem is... It was my mistake. My truck is *rear* wheel drive. They should have known this and the tires with the better tread should have been rotated to the back.”
