“I was dealing with a previous shop for 2 years and didn't get a lot done to my motorcycle but went to Yulee Brothers and within a week they had my whole bike working. My bike was completely wrecked and all that was good was the engine and frame. They worked with me, very friendly and informative. I won't touch another shop and don't mind riding 30 to 40 minutes out of the way to go back to the shop. Service is beyond amazing. I will say it's stressful knowing you need to get work done on your vehicle but they made it stress free and not once did I have to get upset or anything. “This shop is AWESOME!!! I was able to bring my bike in on a Saturday at 2pm on a Memorial Day weekend, and they were able to get my rear tire swapped out by closing time at 3pm. The owner is such a sweet and passionate woman, and she spent the entire time having a REAL conversation about important topics. It felt like I knew her my entire life, and I also knew that my bike was in good hands with the mechanic. I have been to motorcycle shops all over the world (I mean that literally), my dad was a Biker and always had a good relationship with our local bike shop in the town that I grew up in, as well as many others in surrounding areas, but I can honestly say that this was the BEST experience I have ever had. Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work. “Great service done by the owner Joe himself. My boyfriend's 2013 BMW had some engine issues and needed some professional inspection done. We've gone to other BMW certified service centers and they all quoted different prices and others even adding services that didn't need work done. My boyfriend and I took his car and was surprised to see how detailed Mr. Joe was and how he was able to do a thorough walk-through of each services he had completed with all honesty. “Honest, knowlegeable, trustworthy and all the other words that describe a business we all like dealing with! We dropped my son's CRV off at Wal-Tec 10 minutes before closing for his next day appointment. I asked Jeff if he had time to take my 2004 CRV for a ride around the block. It started shaking at 35 mph. Jeff took it for a ride, looked underneath it, and told me that it looks like he was going to work over. I asked Jeff, "Why, because of me?" Jeff said that I wouldn't make it home. I told Jeff that if it broke down I would just call a tow truck. Even though they had all the cars in the garage for the night, Jeff proceeded to back out two of the cars so he could have a rack to work on my CRV. Thirty minutes later he walked in to the office and said, "Your car is done, it won't shake anymore." I drove it home and also a couple days later to Columbus and back, and it rode like a new car. Over five years ago, a car salesman at a Portage County car lot told me if I ever needed two Christian mechanics to work on my Honda, take it to Jeff and Jeff at Wal-Tec, you won't be disappointed. I have never been disappointed and this last visit they went above and beyond! Thank you Wal-Tec, Jeff, Jeff and employees, your business has a reputation that all people like dealing with!
