“My friend and I went to O’Reillys Auto Parts due to my friend needing a new battery. She called and the commercial manager said to come in at noon that there would be more employees coming in and he could install it. We got there and the guy said they couldn’t do it do to the battery saying recommend professional install meant. We told the guy what the commercial manager said he went and asked him did he tell us that and he said yes. And the guy still said they couldn’t do it. We tried to jump my friends car again and it would turn over. She turned it off when we got there because she was told the guy could do it over the phone. It was very hot and I went in and spoke to the manager Janelle and told her what happened and she said let me take a look. Janelle was awesome she removed and reinstalled the new battery that my friend purchased from there in 91 degree weather 🥵. We just want to say that she is a great manager and we had a couple of laughs. So when it was all said and done my friend and I went to Chick-fil-A and got Janelle a meal and a large lemonade which she said she loved due to our conversation while she was taking care of the battery. We brought and back and surprised her. She deserves it and so much more. We really appreciate you Janelle I hope you have a wonderful day and stay cool 😎😆”

“I took a relative's 2015 Corolla to the dealer (Toyota South in Richmond) to get it diagnosed for a front-end shudder when braking. They came back with a quote for $3300 dollars to replace the front pads and rotors, steering rack, alignment, and lower control arms. Skeptical of their assessment, I decided to take the vehicle elsewhere and get a second opinion. As a recent Berea College grad, I always heard great things from people who took their vehicles to ET's for repairs so I decided to give them a try. I visited them in-person later in the day on a Wednesday afternoon to see if I could get a diagnosis/repair scheduled and John was able to fit me in for a diagnosis the next morning. When I took the vehicle in the next day, he called me a few hours later saying a tech diagnosed the shuddering issue and that new front pads and rotors would need to be replaced. All work on the car was completed by 5PM on Thursday. My total was $350 for all the repairs, diagnosis included. About 10x LESS than what the dealer quoted me! Could not be more thankful for their honesty and the courteous service they provided me. I will continue to recommend them to my friends in the area.”
